I wouldn’t touch them with 100FT pole. We paid almost $400 to assist us with our Senior Health card, realized what a rip off it was, we still had to do all the work, they just email it in to a Centrelink. We asked for a refund of our money, they gave us half back. I then emailed asking what happens with all of our FULL PERSONAL FINANCIAL details, are they destroyed? Simple question. Have emailed TWICE asking the same question, as we are concerned about a company having this information with regards to identity theft. They still have not the the decency to answer my request. A simple request …. certainly replying with a quick answer isn’t too much to ask. It certainly gives my husband and I reason for concern ….. makes one wonder if they are a trustworthy company to deal with …. ????

Don't hesitate. RE saved me so much time and I came out with a pension far beyond what I ever expected. The receptionists are so helpful and courteous and the backroom staff who work so hard on your behalf are responsive and will email you back within 48 hours. I had reasonsbly complex investments and my younger wife got made redundant in the latter stages of my application so I was envisioning further delays, but I cannot recommend Retirement Essentials more highly. Everything approved within 9 weeks of RE uploading the many documents required and fully back-paid to that upload date.

I was in two minds whether or not I needed this service, but I decided to try it. The application process unexpectedly took 7 months of Centerlink confusion and incessant requests for documents. The team here were fantastic: organised, responsive and efficient, far more so than me. Hi, with the assistance of Retirement Essentials I completed and had lodged a claim for the age pension. All emails were promptly answered and the entire process was smooth and easy to complete. In under 3 weeks from lodging the application it was approved and for the amount previously calculated by Retirement Essentials. As the COVID Pandemic unfolded last year, my pension application on retirement from self employment was complicated due to the delayed sale of my small business. It was such a blessing that I came across the Retirement Essentials website! I could never have managed the complexity of the process of all the forms, let alone the inconceivable nature of some of the "glitches" in communications from Centrelink, without the assistance from RE. My frustrations and anxiety during this lengthy and at times maddening process, were always acknowledged by the RE team and a commitment given about the action they would take. My queries and concerns were always attended to promptly. I had confidence that I was receiving considered and professional advice. I was at all times reassured by the professional yet personable, caring and considerate manner of all the RE staff. Even the language of their emails indicated some good "old fashioned" manners and human values. It was a long drawn out process but eventually my Pension Application was assessed correctly! I was recommended Retirement Essentials by someone who had a good experience with them. I liked the idea that I wouldn't have to deal with Centrelink direct and signed up with them. I found them very easy to deal with and quick to react. From the time they submitted the application to approval was just under 4 weeks and we had foreign pensions in the equation!
There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but all in all highly recommended!

It took ten months to achieve but Retirement Essentials were with me all the way and we finally achieved a positive result and got approved for an age pension backdated to the date of our original submission. Thank you RE, we couldn’t have achieved it without you. Money well spent.

When it came time for us to apply for the Australian old age pension, and noting the daunting 25-page application form, we decided that we needed a professional to steer us through the process. When confronted with the Government administrative maze that I encountered while attempting to apply for the Aged Pension, my luck changed when I found the Retirement Essentials website. The RE dashboard calculator was easy to navigate and understand and their modest fee to assist and guide me in my Pension application was worth every 'penny'. The success in attaining my Aged Pension swiftly and without stress was due in no small measure to the skilled and courteous RE staff. Without Retirement Essentials' assistance, I fear I might still be caught in the Government's administrative maze and still not receiving the Aged Pension to which I am entitled.

To be quite frank the level of detail etc required to be entered on the form was quite daunting so I searched for an organisation to assist me and selected Retirement Essentials.
Retirement Essentials had a much more user friendly form to fill out on-line
With their assistance we were even able to negotiate provision of scanned original documents to be accepted by Centrelink

After being so confused by the daunting process of pension application I contacted Retirement Essentials who assisted and guided me through the process with professionalism and patience. The fee was immaterial as it was totally outweighed by the help given. Even after a year of having the pension, they are still answering my questions and are so helpful to this "old duffer".
